Yes, I acquired one and the pivot bolts just after I bought my ST new and a years so later sold it to another member because it was always in the way. Oh how I regretted that when I started bicycling and it would have come in handy. It might be in the way sometimes by when you need it and don't have it you realize how much you miss it.
