I got home late last night at around 11:30 pm and while approaching the front door noticed I had a package on the stoop. I was rather curious when I picked up the package because I was not expecting anything for a least another week or so.

To my surprise it was labeled from MySportTrac.com...

"What in gods green earth is this?" I thought.

I opened up the package and was floored!

I was unable to attend the National Meet due to my Transmission woes and felt horrible that I had to cancel. I didn't expect/want monetary reimbursement because I couldn't make it and I felt horrible that I wasn't fulfilling what I said I would do. (something I can't stand) And knowing that I had missed out on a grand time really had me bummed...

Well, inside the package I found all sorts of goodies from the National Meet!!!! Custom name tags, Sport Trac hats, water bottle, miniature model, flash light, and more. Even a Louisville Slugger mini baseball bat! Todd and the Gang had absolutely no reason to mail me these gifts but they did anyways and THAT is the Testament to the quality of people on this site. I can't describe the joy I got out of sifting thru all the trinkets. Even though I was unable to go I still got a taste of being part of it and the community that supports this site. It made my day by far!

LOL even though I have always looked hyper goofy wearing hats I've been sporting the Sport Trac one all day! Todd & Associates all you guys do for this site does not go unnoticed and even though you can't see it via this forum post I am giving you a standing ovation! You guys go well above and beyond the call of duty to keep this site grand!

Thank you very much! I hope to finally meet you all one of these days!

I couldn't make it to the meet either, when can I expect my package to arrive? ;)

I am glad to see the owners are taking an active role in the site, and aren't a big business like many faceless sites I used to frequent.

Keep it up guys!

Its nice when people on this site will take time out of their busy days looking at truck porn to actually help out the guys that are having ST Problems. My cracked elbow last weekend is on example, I would have replaced 2 wrong parts at a cost of over $200, but people posted pictures of the part so I could physically see the part rather than go off a description (which I had at first and thought it was something else). So thanks to all for free diagnostic help;)

Absolutely all true!!!!! A Fantastic site that actually helps people !!!!!!! WHAT A GREAT IDEA. It is truely amazing, even at work were people get paid to trouble shoot, I never get this fast and acurate responses. GREAT SITE WITH GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!:):):)

OK, that begs the question...

Todd and gang, are there any more of the meet "gift packs" available? And if so, is it possible for those of us who were unable to attend to get one? (I'm willing to pay the meet entry fee price to get one--or if the price would be something else, let me know.)

Ditto...Would love to buy some shwag from the meet.

The people at this site are a class act. I have never seen the caliber of people like this at another site. Whenever I had a question or a problem, I could get an answer from this site.

Y'all have a good one

Bob

I have a few hats, and a bunch of Sport Trac key chains. Send me an e-mail and we will figure a way to get them to you. No charge for swag just have to ship it.

Dave

Vince,

Your quite welcome...... I thought it would be a good idea for those that Paid for the meet and did not show up...... I know most had circumstances beyond their control that did not allow them for showing up....

As for extras, We gave the extra stuff out at the meet so i only had what I took for the people that did not make it...

Todd Z

I have a decent quantity of all the stuff in the goodie bags. I've given all the flashlights and squirt bottles away. I still have 8 or so hats and about 15 keychains. I think I still have 2 of the toy trucks, too. I don't mind sharing with good ol' ST people.

Thats cool....

Seen the Good the Bad and the Ugly here...

But one things for sure we love our Sport Tracs...

Dingo can i get a keychain and hat???

rob

Dingo or Dave Turner,

I'm kinda new here, but if you end up with an extra key chain, after taking care of the regulars, I'd like one. Please let me know. Thanks.
