Access to interior from engine compartment

I am trying to run some wiring from the engine compartment through the firewall to under the dash in a 2008 Gen 2. I would rather use an available grommet and not drill any holes. I have done a search and found an answer for Gen 1 models but not Gen 2.

Can someone guide me to the proper spot on the firewall to make this happen?

There is a big grommet behind the computer that is easy to snake through or you can use the one by the fuse box. I have been through both of those - Vacuum boost gauge for the blower went through the fuse box and the Super-Car Fuel Pump set up for the blower is snaked through the ECU area.

yep, its a pain to get in and out - i had to use a little soap - we tried to poke a hole and couldn't get anything pushed through because its so tight - we pulled it instead - no dust leaks that I know about
