Addco OR X-Spec "Rear Sway Bar" (Decision)

Any unbiased opinions making my decision?

Really would prefer supporting this awesome site going with the EE X-Spec.

The "X" has a slightly larger O.D. compared to the Addco 633. 1 1/8" vs. 1"

My dilemma is the price landed to my door in Hawaii is about $65 less for the Addco.

Bottom line. I would gladly pay the difference for the EE X for an "appreciable" improvement over the Addco in terms of handling and ride quality.

As always, thanks for ANY input. You guys are the BEST.

I have had the EE X-spec sway bar on for over 5 yrs. now and love it. And, most people here have the EE sway bar. I don't know of anyone that has done a side-by-side comparison except for maybe Todd Z. Personally I am not sure if there would be and appreciable improvement, but my personal judgement is to go for the EE sway bar.

Believe the addco is made from Chrome moly which negates the size diif.

Save the $65, the difference in performance is probably negligible...

I've got the EE and love it. for some reason, i don't think the addco was available when I was looking to buy, but i doubt the difference would be that noticeable. either will be a huge improvement over stock.

With that said, if the handling difference between the two products is negligible, then I guess it just comes down to deciding if "supporting this awesome site" is worth an extra $65 dollars of your $$$.

Nope. Only the Addco front sway bar. They stopped selling the hood scoop and rear sway bars so as to not compete with another site sponsor (Explorer Express).

Todd only offers the FRONT Addco sway bar.

"Googled" and found it @ (neverenoughauto)

The only vendor for the Addco 633 I have found.

Well, that's what it says on the Zabteck website anyhow:

Zabteck Performance is not currently selling rear sway bars.
