you can use the search engine on hear and get a better description. but heres a brief one:
Dismantle front dash area and take off speedo needles. pull off the 3 plastic gauge faces. Use about a 400 grit sandpaper and sand off the green film on the back (dont worry, its he only parts that will actualy come off, the white wont cause its on the front) If you like you can then go buy some blue stained glass paint and put your own blue film on. Then go on ebay an order 6 x 194 blue leds bulbs, plus them in, reassemble gauge cluster and presto chango... YOUR DONE! Its not hard, just time consuming
