Added mp3 player phono jack

I got tired of using my FM modulator so I added a mp3 phono jack.



Works great! I just plug the laptop or mp3 player in and go!

For those of you who will ask, I don't know how to tie this into a factory 07 stereo. Sorry - I have an after-market stereo.

looks great, my factory stereo came with that input, I never used it because I immediatly installed an alpine stereo. Alpine does have the option to add an aux-in so I may wire the jack up.



just checked it is 15 bucks so I ordered it.

now I can play mp3s from my tom tom and have the voice directions play through the stereo.

Much nicer and better sound quality with the direct jack.



Found out my mp3 player does not play full range though. I guess I need to buy an ipod.
