ADRENALIN HEADUNIT

im getting ready to buy an adreanlin headunit

for my ST. but i have a few questions id like to

be answered to from any adrenalin owners?



1) how much wattage is the headunit solely

giving out?



2) do the lighting on it match the rest of the

dash lights, ect. ? (green)



3) any features on it like the equalizer to

adjust your lows, mids, and highs?

From what has been posted here before. The head unit is only a head unit. You have to get the Amp unit and wiring also. Or it wont work.

If so, Eddie's right. You need the amp/sub unit to achieve the system output of 510 watts. The head unit won't work without the amp/sub.



The lighting is green.



No equalizer, just standard Bass/Treble adjustment.

The head unit in my '03 Adrenalin looked like the picture above, but the lighting was blue.

nowwww......who wants to sell their amp and headunit?

The head unit won't work without the amp/sub.

now will the amp work with an aftermarket headunit?

i mean the plug for the amp's wiring harness is on

the passenger side kickpanel, and is that plug not wired

to the stereo's wiring harness?



my thought was that the amp and its wiring harness

could be plugged in at the passenger sidekick panel

and work with any stereo.

I have an aftermarket head unit in my truck....I had it installed and they use the amp with my new head unit.

would you say, your factory headunit pushed more

power to your amp than your aftermarket?

I had the adrenalin unit in my truck. First setup I had was the OEM, then I changed out the amp for an aftermarket with the OEM head unit. I don't know how they wired it up, but it worked fine. Then later I just removed the whole system of Pioneer and installed all Alpine with PPI amps.

To be honest I have no idea lol. I'd have to find the box it came in to find out. I'll take a look and post the specs up.
