You didn't say what you like about that cover, but there are lots of different covers out there. Finding one for sale in your area might be difficult. My '01 has a Patriot by Swiss cover that was on it when I bought it. It rises about 3 1/2" above the top of the box, smooth with just a little rise in the middle. I like it, especially since I came up with a better way to mount the striker bolts. Patriot by Swiss is made in Indiana, I think, and are mostly east of the Mississippi.
I have another one that's also smooth, but low profile. I don't remember the brand, but it isn't one of the big national brand names either. It's pretty much buried in my shed so I can't easily check it. I haven't used that one yet.
