I have a 2003 ST. My air is coming in a medium cool. Should I just recharge it or empty all the freon and all new?:grin:

it's either low on refrigerant, or you have a vacuum leak or other issue with your blend door actuators... I would suggest taking it to a qualified shop to assess the performance of the system, leak check, then adjust the charge with the exact amount needed to return it to tip-top shape... overcharging or recharge without proper evacuation will shorten the life of the compressor... (I do this for a living, BTW) HTH
