Air filter? What's that? Open carb's the only way to go baby....

But seriously, paper (OEM) is fine for regular ol' meat and potatoes driving, with the oiled cotton gauze for more spirited driving. Never used a foam filter in anything other then a 2-stroke, seems more suited for off-road, which my truck is not doing anytime soon.

The most offroading Trav gets is the speed bumps at the Wal-Mart parking lot, which I bet he goes around...I do.

I always believed that foam was best for trapping dust but was more restrictive. I've seen a demo video and now this article that is making me think about the Truflo filter. I have the Mac now and I'm happy with it.

I have always run paper (OEM) style filters in my vehicles.

lol Jeff...actaully, I don't.....there are only a few speed bumps I'll go around, mainly the ones where I seriously doubt I'll actually make it over with out getting hung. It's the pot holes that scare me more with my rubber band tires.
