Looking around on eBay, they have a lot of off-brand cold air intakes for sale. Is there much of a difference between the ones on eBay and the ones like K&N or MAC besides cost?

This is the same one I have on mine and have had it on there for 2 1/2 years. Works great and cleans just like the K&N, etc. I use the K&N cleaning pack on it with no problems.

The one on ebay is NOT a cold air it is a hot air and not a good buy. A cold air gets it's air outside not under the hood. Outside air will be about 60 to 80 and under side air will be about 190 to 230 not good. If you look at the stock filter you will see that it gets it's air out side.
