I have a 2010 AWD V8 adrenalin with 34k miles on it, anything i should have looked at before my bumper to bumper warranty is gone. Thanks in advance!

Yeah...

Call Brenspeed now and make sure they have Saleen superchargers in stock. Make sure you ask for a belt tensioner, oil separator, Aeroforce interceptor gauges and room in their guest house for your stay!

Check brake pads for uneven side to side wear. Calipers are known to seize.

Check exhaust manifold studs. They are known to break off.

Headlight switch, may not illuminate at night.

Check rear brake calipers for rattling. There is a TSB to correct it.

If you can't live with the "trannie bump" when coming to a stop, get Ford to download the latest update for your trans.

Rotate tires every 5K miles.

Don't use any kind of "interior cleaner" on the leather. Only use a leather care product.

There are probably more issues than I listed. Maybe someone will chime-in. Bob

Bob, what exactly is TSB to correct the rattle in the rear brake calipers? I have thought about the tranny bump, I didnt know if that was a cost to me. Checking the manifold studs, just see if they are all there or actually put a socket on them? Thanks

A TSB is a "technical service bulletin" issued by Ford to its dealers. IF, a customer has that problem, the TSB will tell them how to fix it. If still under warranty, no cost to you(like the trans. reprogram). I don't have the exact numbers of the TSB's, but I'm sure they can be found somewhere in this website. Take a flashlight and look and see if all the exhaust bolts are present. If they are, just keep an eye on them, as both sides of my motor went out about 3 weeks ago(66K miles). Its actually the studs that are in the cylinder head that are breaking.

Drive up into a grassy uneven area unless you hve snow. Excellerate with your wheels turned and see if your front hubs, axels pop, jerks, or thumps... If so, get them fixed under warranty.

BOB, with yours being out of warranty, how much was the bill to replace your manifold bolts or did ford stand behind it?
