armrest

my 04 armrest was broken due to my fat ass leaning on it - although i blame my wife. any idea how i can reattach / reinforce? the plastic broke after the support screws. basically the armrest is fully disengaged. i'd like to have a metal brace that i could attach to support the armrest - or do i go with the gen 2 project?

Two different repair brackets available. Other type eliminates the cupholders.

Very heavy guage and bulletproof. Let me know if you're interested in the other one,

and can't find it. IIRC, about the same price and build quality. Maybe RockAuto?
