I'm seriously considering switching from Brighthouse to AT&T U Verse for internet/tv/phone. They can match what I'm paying now and offer many more channels and features.

Do you have it and do you like it?

My brother and sister in law that live a few streets over from me have it. I had the chance to switch from Dish to AT&T and did not because after being at their house, I found that it was not as user friendly as cable or dish. The pricing is only introductry and will go up. I have no use for or desire for a home phone, which was part of the deal to save money. Also, the channel lineup for AT&T was different than what I had and they did not offer all the sports channels I currently get, and the ones that they did offer were additional cost, just like with their HD programming, they have it sure, but if you want it, it is additional cost. And lastly, their customer service is horrible. My in laws had some issues with their bill and their service going in/out and went through all kinds of hoops to get it figured out.

I can deal with the very rare occassion of my picture getting pixelated during a very bad storm with having satellite versus being with a company whose customer service sucks.

IMO, it was not worth the hassel to switch providers to get pretty much the same channels for the same cost overall, knowing the cost would only be the same for a certain period then it would go up. My monthly cost with Dish network has not changed one cent in 3 years.

We had it while we lived in San Diego, it was great.. until we moved. I spent 6 months trying to "prove" to them that I sent back their equipment since they were trying to charge me $500. I had tracking numbers and everything and it took forever.

Service was great, customer service/billing issues suck.

I wish I had a view of the SW sky from my apartment. I can get direct TV for free. Yeah thats right, computer skills can come in handy.
