Curious as to why a headrest is wanted....

Hi Mike, somehow the RH rear passenger seat headrest became damaged. I may not have 'folded it properly' (sarcasm for Ford's benefit) when folding the seat down to access the storage compartment. It now wobbles instead of pivoting on the internal crossbar. Naturally, Ford determined that it's not covered under the Warranty. So I'm off to the junk yards, oops, Automotive Recycling facilities for a fix.
