Mom had a triple bypass and is in stable condition. She is in a private room and can actually see her home from the window. She is alert and wants to go home. I actually did tell her my Sport Trac friends were sending well wishes and prayers to her. To say she is grateful is an understatement. She cried that people would care for her that have never met her. That said she is a remarkable woman.

Put a sign in her yard big enough to read that says "See you here soon!"
Seriously, there was a news story here recently where a woman in the hospital had a son working in construction right next to the hospital. He spelled out "Love you Mom" and it made her day. (She could see it from her window)
Perhaps have a bunch of neighbors release ballons in the neighborhoot at a specific time when she is watching... She might get a kick out of that...

Glad to hear she is stable. We are blessed to have our moms, at our age.
Even back in my bad boy days, and rode with a few outlaw bikers. Moms were sacred to most, even in that lifstyle.
I bet seeing her home from her room. Makes her homesick..
