I could really use one of those self-adjusting ratcheting wrenches, the kind where as long as the bolt head fits within the ring, the wrench can auto-tighten down on it and ratchet...like a universal socket, but without the need for a separate wrench.
...like the kind I saw a few Craftsman commercials for, but haven't seen in stores nor on their site. (Though I didn't look too terribly hard)
Does anyone know of a good device like this? And where to get one that is affordable?
Backstory--Today I was pulled from my "cushy" IT job to "put tops on bottoms", assembling some small server racks, and all I had to use was a suck crescent wrench. That took an eternity. I even went out to the ST, but my emergency socket set didn't fit and my universal socket slipped on the bolt and ravaged the bolt coating/paint.
(Bolt may have been aluminium, the rack was)
