Axle bearing replacement under warranty?

Hi,

I've been trying to get a hold of my Ford dealership to find out if replacing my front passenger side axle bearing is under my warranty. I had my truck at my mechanics shop and he noticed that the axle bearing was loose. Does anyone know?

what year

how many miles

4x2 or 4x4

still on standard warranty or extended

if extended which level

ford or aftermarket extended

It's a 2003 4X2 with 27,000 miles and I purchased an extended warranty with Ford that is in effect til 2009. I will check on the level of the warranty when I get home.
