Nice. There's a whole lot of bluegrass covers or popular songs called "Pickin' On..." then the artists' name. The blues based rock of the 60s and 70s really lend themselves well to bluegrass covers. It's just too natural. There's also covers of stuff like Michael Jackson and Britney Spears. Some of my favorite "Pickin' On" stuff is covers of Widespread Panic's stuff.

Here's a little "Pickin' On Led Zeppelin"

My all time favorite music is from Bela Fleck & the Flecktones. Bela Fleck plays the banjo like nobody else and his stuff without the Flecktones is amazing.

Hugh,

I have several of those "Pickin' On" CDs. I the Led Zep one, along with Eric Clapton and the Grateful Dead. Great tribute albums.

Clapton's stuff is specifically what I had in mind when talking about the music that just fits it naturally.
