I just had my body mounts replaced using the prothane kit here

My issue is that the mount under the driver floor (and occasionally the two front ones) still clunks as I go over bumps. Tightening the bolt seems to help some but there is a point where tightening no longer makes a difference (where im at now). I have no idea why it still clunks anyone else having this issue? Or know a possible cause?
-I used new bolts, washers, ect when I had the mounts replaced so it shouldn't be those...should it?
