I have a Bowflex extreme xtlu and love it. I've come up with quite a few exercises on my own. Since we move often it was a great way to cut down on weight and still have a complete gym. Very pleased so far and the rods have a lifetime guarantee.

man I want those selct tech dumbells!!!.... and i got to try out their new rotary bowflex thingy... it was on display at the mall. It was great, and if i was spending the money i would go with that.... just cant seem to remember the actual name...

Big D-

I have the 5-52lb selectechs. Once again great product. Sold all of my dumbbell sets (11 sets total) and now I have all of them in one set. Saves me alot of weight when moving. Before I had 300lbs just in plates and bars, not counting the dumbbells. Now I have about 300lbs between the bowflex extreme and the selectechs.

My brothers' wifes' son has one, and from what they say, he uses his all the time and it has helped him alot. He used to be very skinny now I guess he has built some quality muscle.

I wouldn't know. I try to keep from injurying myself after work by safely residing in my recliner. Out of curiosity, what is it about the two that makes the Bowflex a "higher quality"?
