camshaft sensor synchronizers

Has anyone ever had any problems with their camshaft sensor synchronizer in their 4.0 SOHC? I've been trying to figure out if this is the cause of the chirping I hear in my engine bay. If anyone knows where I can find it in the engine bay please share pics, also any info on this part. Thanks.

It is a coming problem on the older ones. back of the head.

chirping is more then likely a bad belt or pulley...



Take the belt off the engine and start it..... See if the noise is still there....



Simplest way to do it...



JUST don't drive the truck or let it run for more then a few min
