century tonneau cover lock replacement

I recently broke the little tooth that makes the whole handle open the tonneau cover. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? I looked everywhere online and call my nearest dealler and they want $70 for it. There is one on ebay for $50 but even that seems too steep. Can you just fabricate a new tooth?

I dont think so. It looks to be a type of cast aluminum. I am picking up another complete tonneau cover tomorrow. I found it on craigslist for $25.
