My upper rad hose wore through where it was rubbin on a clamp, so I have to change it.

I just pulled it off the rad, and I didn't expect it to be full of coolant. It's not a little, it's a lot!

So how do I do this without pouring coolant all over, and what do I do with the coolant?

remove the lower shroud, 4 10mm bolts and 3 8 mm bolts... On the radiator there is a drain..

Open that and drain about 1/2 gallon, that will do it...

You can save the coolant in to a pan and reuse, or this may be a good time to completely drain the radiator and refill with a 50/50 mix...
