charging port to left of radio

what is the fuse position and amp rating for the charger or cigarette port to the left of the radio..mine blew out and i am shocked that there is no chart on the door of the fuse box to the left of the dash as you look out from the drivers seat

please help and thanks

I don't have a Sport Trac anymore so I cannot tell you the location of the fuse, but I do know that most Cigarette lighter, and accessory ports are rated at a max of 10 amps. Occasionally you will fine a port rated for 15 amps, but it I don't think the Sport Trac has any 15 amp rated ports.

Yep. Both power points on the Gen 1 ST's are 20 amp. The one in the box comes in handy with that high rating.

hi, i put a 15 amp fuse back in..are you saying it could be pushed up to 20 safely???
