chk engine light is on!!! H E L P!

My check engine light just came on. i went to Auto zone to have them hook up a code reader. This is the code# P0136 The O2 sensor, bank1 sensor 2. Could i do this myself or bring it to a mechanic. If so where is it located?

I would not change the sensor just yet... There is a 2 dollar vacuum elbow that may be causing it...

As Todd points put the vacuum hose is the normal solution to the lean bank codes. The normal code number are 171 and 174. Let us know if this is your issue so we can add your code to the normal list as well..
