cold air intake

2 questions



1. looked it up at framboost.com and they had an intake for an 01-03, will it fit my '04 4x4?



2. if so, then which is better Fram or Mac (EE)

2. Both will produce about the same numbers. I would recommend the MAC. I have not heard of anyone from the board with the Fram intake, but I like the chrome tubing that the MAC includes. Plus EE is a site sponsor.

I have the MAc and it is a fine product.



Both will likely bench the same, but Fram has been known to use cheap filter elements......dunno if the unit you are looking at does as well, but I typically avoid Fram on both air and oil filtration.
