For starters......I hate computers.....
This is what is going on...I recently changed my operating system from bootleg XP to genuine XP because I needed to upload updates. Now I have this box appear occasionally in the middle of the screen asking me to *connect to my ISP* when I have cable modem. Does anybody have any ideas what this is and how to get rid of it. It shows up when I'm in the middle of reading a website. It stops the page from forming up. WHat I have been doing is *closing* the box without hitting connect by using the red X in the top right side of the box. After that the page can continue loading. btw I'm using Firefox.
