Connectiong Alpine head unit to subwoofer 8-pin harness

I am installing an Alpine 9886 head unit on my 2002 ST. I am unsure about which wire on the Alpine wiring harness connects to the #4 pin (Subwoofer Enable/Clip Detect) on the OEM 8-pin connector inside the dash. Is it the Remote Turn-on wire or the Ignition wire?
