Well me not being a Cowboy's Fan I figured it was time to start this thread!

WOW... How much did it hurt to watch that game.... a Safety cost you 2 points, which than turns into a TD and your now down by 1 point with 3 minutes to go.

On the 3rd yard line need 2yards for a 1st down and probably the WIN.... But that never happened...

Over turned 1st down call... a botched FG that is drop by the Star Kid in Dallas... then a Fumble .5 of a yard short of that first down and thats all she wrote!

Apparently the FAT LADY is not a COWBOY FAN!

There is always next year!!!!

Cheers

Whit

I thought the 4th quarter was crazy, and really coulda gone either way.

The tackle by the Seahawks LB at the 1 yard line to save a 1st down was clearly a good call turnover, he was short of the 1st down; great tackle by the LB.

The safety, that was just wild. So close to a TD, if those blades of (fake) grass had been lying the other way, it woulda stayed a TD.

But, alas, Romo had a case of the jitters and couldn't come through in a high pressure moment and dropped the ball-twice.

Honestly, with the way the rest of the quarter had gone, I was fully expecting that last Hail Mary pass to work,

We still have the cheerleaders! Enjoy! :D

That was a sad occasion for Romo. Overturning the first down call was quite obvious. It has to hurt to end the season in that way. Especially for Romo who made a name for himself this season. I was pulling for Seattle though;)

Which Travis? I live in the ATL but have bled 'stars' since the mid 70's when I read the Roger Staubach biography about 22 times in 3rd grade.

I think if they conduct an investigation they will find someone in Seattle put cooking oil on the ball. That thing was pretty damn shiny.

It was sick to watch how things went so bad in such a short amount of time when you think all they have to do it NOT blow it. Eat some clock, protect the ball.

I bet it was the third ball boy on the grassy knoll. When the Eagles last played Dallas, there was the claim that the Eagles paid FOX to focus on Romo as he read the plays from his wristband. Yep. And, we know God personally, too. He's the one who gave Parcells the idea for the "tuck and cover" gut-hiding technique. :)

Personally, I think the shine was the sweat dripping from Romo's forehead as he thought about the pressure of holding a game-winning kick. He's young, and in all honesty, all he can do is get better. He's decent now. Two years from now, he should be a Pro Bowl QB (don't get me started on this year's nod) with a Hollywood star ex-wife. :)

Romo made two mistakes...he didn't catch and set the ball (choked), and then when he recovered it, he didn't power down and make the TD which he clearly should have (2nd choke) because he was open and only had one to beat.

Sorry, but I was a tried and true 'boys fan in the day, but that day was in the '70s. They haven't been the same team since.
