I cannot find the dome lights anywhere. I need the bulbs and the black inserts. Ford discontinued them

Front (left) replaced with a Sylvania Zevo 194 (6000K) LED lamp. Snaps in without any modification.
Rear (right) is a stock 922 incandescent lamp.

Not sure where you can find the black inserts. Maybe salvage yards?
