1st, that car shouldnt have been put on EScam (ebay) anyway. That is a Barret Jackson car all the way. 2nd, isnt there some sort of secured or approved buyers only thing on ebay? Where they basically approve the bidder, who has to provide financial info before the bid, first, so that this situation DOESNT happen?

There is an option to sell to pre-approved bidders, however the seller did not use that option because he said he didn't have the time run credit checks or anything...

He should have gone with pre-approved bidders, now he has to waste time he doesn't have dealing with this issue.
