I was wondering, beings I am a new owner of an 02 Sport Trac, what is the difference between a Gen 1 ST and a Gen 2 ST? How can I tell which one mine is?

Gen 1 is 2001-2005, Gen 2 is 2007-2010. IF you're referring to JOB 1 & JOB 2 then that only applies to the first year of each Generation. Being yours is a 2002 then you have what you could call a Job 2.
