When engine is running and I touch the coil pack I get shocked. Does this mean that it is not grounded properly? It does this because I essentially am becoming its ground correct? Could I take a grounding cable and attach it directly from the coil pack to the frame to re-ground it? Also, could the coil pack not being grounded cause a misfire and/or rough idle?
A lot of questions all at once I know; just looking to gain some knowledge and also save me some money before taking it to a shop and having them "look" at it.
Thank you,
Keith
