anyone done the rear drum breaks? How bad of a job is it ? any information appreciated

i have never done them on ST but on many other cars my tip is do one side at a time and use the other as a chinese diagram so to speak. the things i hate are the springs they make lil toes you can buy for 5-10 bucks i would invest in em if i was you!

They are very easy. Just buy a kit with all the little replacement items like Chico says and definately follow chico's advice about just doing one side completely. It helps to have that complete side to refer to if you start to question what you're doing.

It's easy. Just make sure you have a spring removal/install tool.
One thing I found when doing mine was that the instructions in the manual say to disconnect the p-brake cable from the innards of the assembly... Don't do it! Leave it connected and work around it, it will make it easier as that cable is a bitch to get back on.
