Escape headlamp change

Just got finished changing the headlamps in my wife's Escape Hybrid. Do the engineers stay up late at night thinking of ways to make it harder to do things? :fire:

I had the same question. When I was a proccess control intrument tech. How in the heck am I supposed to work on this....:fire:

I always believed that an instrument engineer. Should spend minimum 5yrs in the feild, as a tech first.
