Looking at a 2001 with 150000 miles. Drove it yesterday and it seemed fine except it desperately needed shocks, no surprise there. $4995

This from a dealership or private party? I think it's way high - if it desperately needs shocks then I'd venture it's in need of other things too. If you're interested in it, take it to a shop and pay for a PPI.

Seems like a good price to me, but having it inspected by another shop would be a good idea.
