fan clutch removal

I did a search and only found one thread, it says it's a left hand thread yet says to turn it ccw. how do you hold the pulley

Sp, There is s special tool that holds the pulley while you turn the nut... I have allways used the belt and put a wrench on the alternator pulley bolt or the crank... IF not you may need a chain wrench and wrap it around the pulley...
