TJR, Here in decals, 2 tone...

ToddZ, I like the decal...still wonder how it would look as a solid paint color that evens out the two-tone look of the cladding.

Photoshop Paul's first pic, removing the emblem in the process, anyone?

thanks Q for your honesty but you know bland just isnt my style. and i didnt ask for opinions. just posted the pics for eveyone that wanted to see them thats all. and i dont want to turn this into a thread bashing other sport trac owners or site sponsors that work hard to satisfy everyone at once. so this is where it ends. so now thanks EVERYONE for looking and giving there HONEST opinions and keep on trac'n.

paul;)

TJR,

Maybe these pictures of an Explorer Sport will help you visualize. They have the extra piece of cladding on the door.

Thanks George....I never noticed the Explorers had that. Interesting. Would still like to see how it looks on Paul's ST...anyone? My photoshop skills SUCK!

Is there a way to display images without putting them in the library?

Wow, thanks for the pic PRM.

That looks pretty sweet! It's a subtle difference from what Paul's looks like, but I really like those lines in the white and the black. I think it adds a lot. The all-white doors are a little over powering in the original pic.

Paul (others), what do you think?

TJR

I think it looks good in the picture but it might look funny in person. I think since the rest has thick cladding and and door will only have a black stripe of paint it will look uneven.

George

Yeah, George, I thought the same thing. Without the raised contour of the missing plastic trim it might look "off". I wonder if old, four-door Explorer trim would fit?
