If the model number's match up that means they are the same. Please take a look at the model number and if they say 911035 on the box then they are what you ordered, you can always call us at .........

What do you guys think should i just let them of the hook and forget abouit it?

Basiclly what they are telling me is that the Reflex and Sensatrack are the same.
