Ford Ranger Sale... Just in the Twin Cities area?

The Twin Cities area Ford dealers are offering a loaded Ranger 4x4 Supercab (manual transmission) for $17,767. Just thinking..... Is this in the Twin Cities area only or do you guys notice the same deal elsewhere in the country?

I haven't really paid attention to Ranger sales, but given the fact that it's being discontinued after 2011, I'm sure that Ford and its dealers are offering huge incentives to move their remaining inventory of Rangers off the lots ASAP so that they can then focus on selling more F150's.
