That is similar to the full console that came in the Explorer Sport Trac. It will fit in your ST, but I am not sure that the mounts are there under the floor for it to attach to. Someone here has done the upgrade I am sure. Would have to wait for more replies here to be sure. The one in My Sport Trac ('01 job 2) has rear audio controls and a blower, but no cigarette lighter.

Now, I think that is the center console from a bigger explorer, not the ST.

There is no bigger explorer. The interior is pretty much the same as the 90's explorers. Only when the Explorer went to the IRS did it change. Right now the '06 explorer and '07 ST share the same stuff from the front seats forward.
