I especially like the higher rack -- which can be used for keeping things warm!

Just make sure to get a metal one... the plastic ones don't do so well.

Hell, I never stopped using my grill this winter... during the ice storm, I was without power for 5 days. Cooked, boiled water, etc. which is fun with 2" of ice and 20 degree temperatures...

Refrigerator racks work pretty well too. Dig a pit in the sand, put your kiawe (mesquite) in there, line the perimeter with lava rocks, and place your fridge rack on top.
