The pocket-sized Garmin nvi 255 gives you turn-by-turn voice directions with spoken street names and a touch-sensitive, full-color 3.5" screen, so its easy to stay on course! The nvi mounts quickly with the included suction cup mount and dash disk, and pops off with a gentle tug, so you can take it with you. The Li-ion battery lets you use nvi to navigate on foot for up to 4 hours between charges, so you can let it lead the charge when youre making sales calls or out for a day of shopping conquests. The unit ships with preloaded regional maps and includes a huge database of Points of Interest (POI), like gas stations, restaurants, attractions and parks, and shopping. You can also use the Garmin POI Loader software (free download) to install custom POI, like traffic camera locations and school zones, and then set proximity alerts to warn you when youre approaching one. It also supports an FM traffic receiver (receiver and subscription sold separately) to help you avoid sitting in traffic jams. The Garmin nvi 255 is a slick entry into the auto GPS market with a great price!

Since the lifetime updates are $119 from Garmin, at $139 you get a nuvi for $20.

That's a pretty good deal. I have the 255WT without lifetime map updates. This one is also FM traffic compatible, so you could buy an optional FM traffic receiver and get free traffic updates, too.
