i put a small explanation on how in the forum under the last post about it.
these are the leds I used for behind the speedo gauges and HVAC controls (194 blue leds):

U can either try to sand the existing green film off the the back of the gauges/HVAC or do it the easy way and replace them with these:

and these for your speedo (I would still replcae the bulbs with blue and get white needles froma late 90's explorer for give it a good look)

as for the 4x4 swicth, you have to solder on seom 12V leds withe 470ohm resistors:
