Well...I don't understand why the pressed in rubber between the ring and the balancer give out so quickly at 62,000 miles and the serpentine belt came off. :angry: I'm glad it did not damage anything. Cost of dealer repair: $150 plus towing, aggrevation and frustration: $200, lovin my ST: priceless.:D
 
That is what I suspected. I've seen this pressed in rubber last a long time, but this one didn't. Just caution others to watch out for this. If you see the pulley attached to hamonic balancer woobling, it's time to take a look.
 
That is a good price installed. 2yrs ago I had to replace the one on my '94 302 stang. Cost was $100+tax. Doing the work myself.
