HELP: Transmission Question

Transmission went out an my 01/job 1 st. I have been told that I need a transmission XL2P-DA. I have found a transmission from an 01 but the guy does not know the manufacturing date. The transmission has RFXL2P-7006-AB. Will this transmission work???
