Yes, you did try to clear it up, TrainTrac. I said I was sorry.

I replied not because I needed a clarification, but because I felt that the comments of "give people a break" and "not to take things out of context" were directed at me, as if I did something wrong. I don't think I did, and meant my reply as such.

Everything is there in black and white. I am no longer saying you were lying or that you were saying that eledehel should lie or that you were even aware that what you were telling him to do was to lie. But, as the thread reads up to my post recommending that eledehel NOT lie; there is no other logical set of conclusions that can be drawn than what I stated in my last post with your respective quotes.

TrainTrac, can you see how I would take what you suggested as a recommendation that eledehel tell a white lie? I didn't confuse what you said with your situation with what eledhel said about his when I read your recommendation.

With regards to your clarification Traintrac, when you say:
No, I wasn't suggesting that he lie, I guess I was thinking back to my own situation and the error with my own assessment when I came up with the alternative idea for eledhel

what does that mean?

a) that you were confusing your situation with eledehel

b) that eledhel should pretend he is in your situation

c) that if eledehel were you given your situation you would make said recommendation

d) something else

Sorry if I took things TOO literal. But I didn't take anything out of context, IMHO.

How about we just quit nuking this out and go back to my originial point in the beginning of this thread:

Check up on your assessments periodically to keep the tax-man on his toes.:D

I think my tax man is a Jehovah's Witness. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, TrainTrac, okay.

My assessment is accurate. My taxes too high (over 6K and rising), but my assessment is accurate.

Thanks for the advice.
