How to cut glass?

I have a long glass straw about the thickness of a drinking straw that i need to cut in half. Whats the best way to do this? I was told just a razor blade and lots of wd-40. I figured someone on here would know just how to do it.

Score it with a glass cutter, then snap, i think.

You might be able to score it with a 3 sided file and then snap it in half. The edges will most likely end up a little rough. Do you have spares to practice?

Go to the hardware store and ask for a glass cutter and score the tube all the around and then gentle try to snap it in half. Dip the cutter in a little bit of oil first and you don't half to press down super hard on it. Also you try scoring and snaping off some smaller pieces first to practice so if you have to take it to a glass shop there will be enough for them to get the size you need.

Wrap it in protective wrapping (bubble wrap etc.), pack it in a Kevlar shipping tube, ship it UPS and mark it "Fragile"...it will DEFINITELY be split in two before it reaches its destination...

1 part powder cocaine to 1/2 part baking soda shake in test tube containing enough rubbing alcohol to float contents. Hold over high open flame and stir with the wire removed from a bread tie until alcohol starts to boil. Remove from heat and allow alcohol to evaporate at which time a crystalline rock will be formed.
