how to post images

Aloha guys,

At the risk of sounding stupid!!! How do I link pictures to a post. Mt friend sent photos of a $600 single seater Volks Wagon. I thought y'all would be interested.

Steps I would suggest you follow, assuming you have an image "in hand" you want to include within a message:



To upload the image:



1) Login to the MYST site



2) Upload the image to your member library (click the manilla folder looking icon, or click on "My Library" on the menu to the left.



3) Upload the image via the library (should be pretty straightforward).





To post a message with the image embedded:



1) Go to the "Sport Trac Board" and and click "New Message" at the top, or simply reply to an existing message thread.



2) When entering your message click the button to the far-right under the message entry box, it has an icon that looks like a manilla folder, and its tooltip text says: "select an image from your library".



3) Once in the library, select the image you want. It's that easy.



4) Submit your new post.

Upload them to your library. Then while composing a message, link to them by clicking the image that looks like a manila folder with a couple photos sitting on top of it.



Be to keep the photos to a reasonable size, or they'll be huge on people's screens and will take a while for those with slower connections to view. One easy way to reduce image size is to use the "Image > Stretch" command in Microsoft Paint.

Simply click on the Folder icon below the text box.....

Then pick the picture you want and it will insert it...



Then hit enter 2 times and repeat for the next pic.....

I don't have a folder icon! There are 5 icons, B and I and U and another and the last one

. Nothing that looks like the folder next to our names. If I click on the folder next to my name, I see the pics but can't post them from there. Also, that row of smily faces and angry faces don't work either. If I click on the jumping banana, :banana: comes up!

I think you have a computer problem that is not letting you see the site properly...



I sugest cleaning all cookies and clearing all the temp stuff...



you can try logging oput of the site, closing the internet and re logging back in..
